We represent suppliers of UREA and other chemical products in the European market. Working through our Estonian company (EST) and Azerbaijan company (AZ) structure ensures legal, safe, and transparent transactions.
Our schemes allow operations via both prepayment and Letter of Credit (L/C).
How Our Schemes Work
Below are simplified transaction schemes:
Prepayment / TT
EU Buyer → AZ → Supplier → Documents → ES Commission
Invoice issued by EST, BL and COA from AZ, funds flow through AZ account, EST receives the margin
Letter of Credit (L/C)
EU Buyer opens L/C → AZ receives → Pays Supplier → EST receives commission
All documents verified by the bank, safe for both buyer and agent

FAQ for Agents
- Can I work with any EU buyer? – Yes, if they are a legal entity in the EU and meet minimum requirements.
- What is the minimum transaction volume? – Typically 1,000 MT for UREA.
- What is the commission? – Depends on volume and product, usually 5 – 10 EUR per MT.
- How is payment handled? – Either via prepayment (TT) or L/C, both options are safe.
- How are documents provided? – BL, COA, and invoice are provided through Supplier or AZ, with invoice issued by EST.
Documents and Schemes
Agents can receive:
- PDF version of transaction schemes (prepayment and L/C)
- Sample EST invoice
- Sample intercompany agreement EST ↔ AZ
Documents are provided after registration.
