Transaction Procedures

• All transactions are conducted according to standard international procedures between refinery mandates and verified end-buyers.

Typical Process Flow:

1. Buyer submits LOI + CIS + TSA
2. Seller (refinery mandate) verifies buyer and issues ICPO draft
3. Both parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA
4. Seller issues POP (Proof of Product) and SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement)
5. Buyer verifies documentation and arranges SGS inspection
6. Payment via MT103 / LC MT700
7. Title transfer and shipment
